OpenAI just accidentally leaked their top 30 customers - these companies process 1 TRILLION+ tokens. Meanwhile, sales leaders proudly tell me how they use ChatGPT to research customers. There's a huge gap and it's getting bigger.

BACKGROUND

2 days ago during OpenAI's DevDay they launched AgentKit and everyone is talking about how it's killing zapier, n8n and make (it's not).

But most people missed the biggest news.

They had a slide open with their 30 biggest customers (processing 1 Trillion tokens)

Yes, we can talk about how OpenAI doesn't care about privacy - but we already know that...

The takeaway is that the list was not full of fancy new AI companies.

It's mostly big enterprises

These aren't AI companies. They're companies 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦π˜₯ by AI.

Salesforce announced that they fired 4000 Customer Support agents - "because they need fewer humans because of AI"

If even the REALLY big corporations are so heavily using AI to make their processes more efficent, there's one thing that worries me.
